Yes!

Every gloss includes a collectible charm attached to a gold keychain. Charms can be removed and used separately as keychains, purse charms, bookmarks, or collectibles.

Yes! House Hexmour collections are designed to be collected.

Each collection tells a story through its shades and charms, making every release part of the House Hexmour universe.

Will sold-out shades return?

Most shades will return during future restocks, though some collections and limited editions may retire permanently.

I missed a collection. Will it come back?

What is a preorder?

Preorders allow you to reserve your products before inventory arrives.

Payment is collected at checkout, and your order will ship once the products become available.

When will preorder items ship?

If an item is marked Preorder, it is expected to begin shipping after our restock arrives around:

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, House Hexmour is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local postal carrier for assistance.

RETURNS FAQ

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will gladly work with you to make things right.
